Managing Investigations Program 

The Australian Government Investigations Standards (AGIS) 2011 recommends the minimum qualification for staff primarily engaged in the coordination and supervision of investigations is the PSP50416 Diploma of Government Investigations. This program is designed to build and develop the skills and knowledge required to coordinate multiple investigations, including leading and managing investigative teams, in a government or regulatory compliance environment.

Qualification 

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be issued with the PSP50416 Diploma of Government Investigations. The program includes the following eleven units of competency:
  • PSPETH003 Promote values and ethos of public service

  • PSPLEG003 Promote compliance with legislation in the public sector

  • PSPREG026 Review and evaluate investigations

  • PSPINV002 Conduct an investigation

  • PSPREG021 Coordinate investigation processes 

  • BSBWHS401 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements 

  • PSPGEN036 Provide workplace coaching

  • PSPGEN045 Coordinate resource allocation and usage

  • BSBLDR511 Develop and use emotional intelligence

  • PSPGEN054 Use complex workplace communication strategies

  • PSPGEN053 Provide leadership 

 

Investment

 The fee for the PSP50416 Diploma of Government Investigations is $5,850 (GST free) including all program materials, assessment, resources and related costs. 

 

Fees paid in advance

Wisdom do not collect fees paid in advance from individuals of more than $1500.  If you are an individual enrolling in this training program please ensure you select the ‘Tentative Enrolment’ option. As an individual fee paying participant Wisdom requires an initial payment of $1500 to be paid in advance of your training program. Please proceed to complete the enrolment process and a Wisdom team member will contact you to arrange payment of the $1,500 deposit and confirm your enrolment.

This digitally delivered program uses a range of engaging educational tools and techniques to enrich your Wisdom learning experience. The program is led by a real facilitator in real time and uses virtual breakout rooms, group  discussions, supporting digital resources and interactive tools such as whiteboards, quizzing and polling features to ensue collaborative learning.
