This course provides participants with an introduction to the real estate industry and the roles of sales persons and property managers. Access Canberra requires Real Estate Salespersons and Property Managers to meet minimum education requirements for registration in the ACT. This course meets Access Canberra requirements.
The ACT Office of Regulatory Services requires Real Estate Salespersons and Property Managers to meet minimum education requirements for registration in the ACT. This program meets the ACT Office of Regulatory Services requirements. This course provides participants with an introduction to the real estate industry and the roles of sales persons and property managers. This program will be run through blended delivery with three full-day face-to-face workshops over four weeks and online learning and assessments on Wisdom’s MyWisdom online learning platform.
