The Leadership Edge
Program Overview
The Leadership Edge program is founded on three Units of Competency from the nationally accredited BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management that align to key capabilities of the APS Integrated Leadership System (ILS).
Unit of Competency
BSBCMM511 Communicate with influence
BSBLDR523 Lead and manage effective workplace relationships
BSBPEF501 Manage personal and professional development
Upon successful completion of the program by meeting the assessment requirements for the above Unit of Competency, Wisdom Learning will issue participants with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.
Delivery modes
The program will be delivered in six face-to-face sessions.
Program Outcome
This program is intended to provide participants with the following skills:
- Identify communication requirements
- Negotiate to achieve the agreed outcome
- Participate in and lead meetings
- Make presentations
- Establish effective workplace relationship processes
- Manage effective workplace relationships
- Review management of workplace relationships
- Manage work goal development
- Facilitate the achievement of work priorities
- Develop and maintain professional competence.
