New regulatory powers, tested before use
A regulator introduced new investigation powers and new tools. Officers used them in a simulated inspection, made decisions and explained their reasoning before live use. The exercise generated recommendations to refine tools and workflows.
Analytical reasoning for an integrity body
An integrity body needed its assessment officers to apply structured analytical reasoning consistently. Wisdom Learning built the program around the organisation’s own assessment process, with officers practising structured analytical techniques on a realistic case. Participants reported improvement on nine of ten measures (self-reported).

Yes. We design workshops and simulated exercises so officers can practise new powers, tools and templates before they use them live.
Do you offer qualifications for regulatory officers?
Yes. The PSP40416 Certificate IV in Government Investigations includes a regulatory compliance specialisation, and the PSP40122 Certificate IV in Government includes a regulation specialisation.
Is this nationally recognised training?
Most programs are tailored capability development and are not nationally recognised training. Where formal recognition is needed, we can build in nationally recognised qualifications and units from our scope, delivered and assessed by Wisdom Learning, RTO 88062.
