A leadership pathway for a 24-hour operational workforce
For Australian Border Force, Wisdom Learning designed Readiness to Lead, which leads to the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, and the Operational Leadership Program for experienced leaders. The pathway won LearnX Diamond 2023 and LearnX Platinum 2024.
A national platform rollout
Working with a technology delivery partner, Wisdom Learning led the training workstream for a Commonwealth platform modernisation across a national, dispersed workforce. We ran the training needs analysis, built the Training Management Plan, produced training, facilitator and quick reference guides and digital learning, and delivered 14 train-the-trainer sessions, supporting more than 32,000 platform members across more than 450 units.

Is this nationally recognised training?
Most programs are tailored capability development and are not nationally recognised training. Where formal recognition is needed, we can build in nationally recognised qualifications and units from our scope, delivered and assessed by Wisdom Learning, RTO 88062.
