Who we look for.
Facilitators, assessors and specialists who have done the work, and want to build capability in others.
- Facilitators with experience in government, regulation, security, investigations, leadership or project management
- Workplace assessors who hold current trainer and assessor credentials
- Instructional and digital learning designers
- Subject matter experts who have done the work they would teach
What it is like.
You will work on programs for Australian governments and regulated organisations, often in sensitive and high-consequence environments, with a team that measures whether learning changes how people work.
Many programs require an Australian Government security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one.
