Mandatory compliance training
Mandatory compliance training.
Respect at Work, fraud, security, privacy and WHS, built around your obligations.
Compliance training built around your obligations, roles and risks, so people can apply it at work, and you can show it. Annual and refresher programs, new starter training and records that support your compliance reporting, year after year.
The challenge.
Mandatory training is often treated as a box to tick. Completion rates look good, but regulators, auditors and courts increasingly look for evidence that people understand their obligations and act on them.
- Do people understand the obligations that apply to their role?
- Can new starters reach the standard quickly?
- Is annual training refreshed and relevant each year?
- Do people know how and where to report concerns?
- Do your records support compliance reporting?
- Can you show understanding, beyond completion?

Why Wisdom Learning.
We treat compliance as capability. People practise applying their obligations to situations they recognise, and you get evidence that goes beyond a completion record.
Programs on this page are tailored capability development. They are not nationally recognised training unless a qualification or unit code is shown. Nationally recognised training is delivered and assessed by Wisdom Learning Pty Ltd, RTO 88062.
See the evidence.
Every case study on our Impact page is labelled with the strongest kind of evidence it has, so you can see what changed and how we know.
Questions about compliance training.
Short answers to the questions organisations ask us about this work. If yours is not here, ask us.
How often should compliance training be refreshed?
It depends on the obligation and your policies. Under PSPF Release 2026, security awareness training is provided at engagement and annually. Many organisations refresh other compliance topics annually or when obligations change.
Can you deliver training on our learning management system?
Yes. Digital modules can run on the myWisdom learning platform or your own learning management system, with completion and assessment records you can report from.
Can compliance training be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. We build scenarios from your workplace, policies and reporting arrangements so people practise applying their obligations, rather than clicking through generic content.
Does training alone meet our obligations?
No. Training is an important measure, but obligations such as the positive duty and WHS psychosocial requirements also expect policies, reporting processes and monitoring. We link training to those measures and give you the records to support your reporting.
