Psychological safety and resilience
Psychological safety workshops.
Teams that speak up, built on award-winning intensive care work.
Elegant, engaging psychological safety workshops for teams and leaders. Built on Creating Resilience, our LearnX Platinum award-winning program for intensive care teams, and designed to help you manage psychosocial risk at work.
Safety to speak up is a performance issue.
When people do not feel safe to raise concerns, admit mistakes or ask for help, problems stay hidden until they become incidents. In high-pressure, high-consequence work, that cost is real.
Psychological safety is not about being nice. It is about teams that can tell each other the truth, and leaders who make that possible.
- Do people raise concerns before they become incidents?
- Are mistakes reported, or hidden?
- Do quieter team members contribute?
- Do people ask for help when they need it?
- How quickly does the team recover after a setback?
- Do leaders invite challenge, or shut it down?
- Do shift-based and dispersed teams feel the same safety?
- Are you managing psychosocial hazards as WHS laws require?

Supporting your psychosocial obligations.
Work health and safety laws require employers to identify and manage psychosocial hazards, such as high job demands, poor support, conflict, harassment and traumatic events. Psychological safety workshops are one practical control that helps teams raise and resolve these risks early.
Workshops support, but do not replace, your risk assessment and controls. This is general information, not legal advice.
A taste of how we work.
Every program uses realistic situations drawn from the work. Here is a short example of the kind of scenario participants practise.

Yes. Our Creating Resilience program was built for intensive care teams, and we schedule workshops around rosters, face to face or virtually.
Does this help us manage psychosocial hazards?
