Technology rollout and adoption
End-user training and adoption support for new systems.
32,000+ platform members supported in one national rollout.
We help government and regulated organisations get the return on new technology by making sure people can use it in their real work. From training needs analysis to go-live and beyond, we design, deliver and support the learning that turns a system rollout into adoption.
The system goes live. Then the real work starts.
Technology projects are planned around build, test and cutover. Too often, training is squeezed into the last few weeks, delivered as a system demonstration, and stops at go-live.
The result is workarounds, help desk queues and a system that does not deliver what the business case promised. We plan the people side alongside the technical delivery, so your workforce is prepared for day one and supported after go-live.
- Do you know which roles are affected, and how much?
- Is training timed to the release, not weeks before people need it?
- Will people practise in a realistic environment before go-live?
- Do you have super users and trainers ready to support their teams?
- Will people have guides at their fingertips on day one?
- Who supports people in the first weeks after go-live?
- What happens to training when the system changes in the next release?
- How will you know people are using the system as intended?
How we support a rollout.

A taste of how we work.
Every program uses realistic situations drawn from the work. Here is a short example of the kind of scenario participants practise.
Programs on this page are tailored capability development. They are not nationally recognised training unless a qualification or unit code is shown. Nationally recognised training is delivered and assessed by Wisdom Learning Pty Ltd, RTO 88062.
Questions about system rollouts.
Short answers to the questions organisations ask us about this work. If yours is not here, ask us.
When should training be planned in a technology project?
As early as possible. A training needs analysis during design means training is built around real tasks and timed to the release. Training planned in the last few weeks is usually rushed and generic.
Can you work with our vendor or systems integrator?
Yes. We are technology agnostic and work alongside systems integrators, technology partners and project teams, aligning the learning stream to their build, test and release schedule.
Can our own people deliver the training?
Yes. Train-the-trainer programs, facilitator guides and super user networks build your capacity to train new staff and support future releases without depending on us.
Do you support people after go-live?
Yes. We provide go-live and floor-walking support, hypercare in the first weeks, drop-in clinics, refresher sessions and adoption measures.
Where are digital modules and guides hosted?
On our myWisdom platform or in your own learning management system, whichever suits your organisation.
Do you provide change management as well?
Yes. We partner with experienced organisational change management specialists, or work alongside the change team you already have. See reform and change readiness.
Can you work at national scale?
Yes. For a national platform rollout, we supported more than 32,000 platform members across more than 450 units nationwide.
Can you design for diverse literacy and digital capability?
Yes. We write accessible content in clear, straightforward language and combine digital learning with facilitated support, designed so people with different language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills can take part and succeed.
