Our capability
Workforce capability development.
Not courses completed: capability applied, and evidenced.
Training builds knowledge and skills. Capability is the ability to apply them in the work. We help governments and regulated organisations build capability, and the evidence to show it.
Our capability areas.
Most programs combine more than one area. Each page explains the problem, our approach, examples and how to engage.

How we think about capability.
Four principles behind every program we design, whether it is a two-hour workshop or a national rollout.
- 1PolicySets the standard people must meet.
- 2TrainingBuilds the knowledge and skills.
- 3CapabilityThe ability to apply them in the work.
- 4EvidenceShows capability to leaders, auditors and regulators.
Where formal recognition is needed, we build in nationally recognised qualifications, delivered and assessed by Wisdom Learning, RTO 88062.
How we design and deliver.
Every program is built from established elements around your people and the work: face to face, virtual or blended, at your premises or ours, with assessment and evaluation built in.
Questions organisations ask us.
Short answers to the questions buyers ask about our capability work. If yours is not here, ask us.
What is the difference between training and capability?
Training builds knowledge and skills. Capability is the ability to apply them in the work. We design programs around the work people do, then assess and evaluate whether capability has been built.
Can you combine capability areas in one program?
Yes. Most programs combine areas, for example leadership with psychological safety, or reform readiness with a capability framework.
Do you deliver nationally recognised training?
Yes. Wisdom Learning is RTO 88062. Most of our work is tailored capability development, and where formal recognition is needed we build in qualifications and units from our scope.
How can we engage you?
Directly, or through government panels and arrangements, depending on the service and its value.

We will help you work out the capability required and a practical path to build it.
