CEA Technologies Mandatory Training Program - 2026
CEA is committed to maintaining the highest standards of legal, regulatory, and ethical compliance, and to embedding industry best practice across all operations. Beyond meeting statutory obligations, CEA seeks to exceed minimum requirements to promote workplaces that are safe, respectful, inclusive, and effective.
The Mandatory Training Program supports this commitment by ensuring all employees maintain current knowledge and capability in critical compliance, risk, and conduct areas.
The training applies to all CEA employees and is required to be completed annually to ensure continued awareness of core obligations and organisational expectations.
From FY27 all Mandatory Training packages must be completed each year to be eligible for increment progression.
You have 4 weeks to complete each module and will be informed when they have been released.
